Please Read Carefully Prior to Bidding & Buying in an e-Auction The Following Policies apply to the purchase of Online Auctions & Items only. 

The Bidder(s) and the Auctioneer(s) agree that the terms listed below shall govern each and every online auction sale.

This auction sale will be conducted within the framework of the rules listed below and other provision that may be added by the auctioneer over time via e-mail or as posted on www.lansarahajiandco.com.

All registration information the Bidder provides to the Auctioneer shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older. To register, the Bidder must provide all of the registration information requested, and sign the Agreement by checking the ‘I AGREE’ box. By checking this box, you acknowledge that you are binding yourself to this contractual agreement.  Lansar Aghaji and Co reserves the right to refuse to register or admit any person at its sole discretion. Invoices and correspondence relating to purchases will be sent in accordance with the information on the bidder’s registration. Your registration will be accepted but your information will be verified and your account may be disabled until the necessary information is provided to verify the account.

You, the Bidder will be suspended or permanently banned from the Site if you, the Bidder, provides false information when registering, such as a false name or fraudulent contact information.

Upon registration as a bidder, the compulsory payment of NGN5,000 grants you eligibility to participate for all auction without which access to the online bidding will be denied.

The bidder agrees to not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted on and during any auction sale.

As a Bidder, placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the Owner/Seller/Auctioneer and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price you indicated as your bid. Placing a bid on this Site, and winning, then not paying for the product could be illegal, and prosecution can result. The Owner/Sellers/Auctioneer of property sold through this Site reserve the right to reject any and all bids, in their sole discretion.

As a Bidder you are responsible for any bids placed under your bidding username and password. The security of your Bidder information is your sole responsibility as you, the Bidder, will be responsible for any and all bids placed under your username. If at any time you feel that your Bidder username and password have been compromised on your part you must notify Auctioneer immediately.

This Site User Agreement constitutes a binding agreement between Bidder and Auctioneer until terminated by Auctioneer, which Auctioneer may do at any time, without notice, in Auctioneer’s sole discretion. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the auction sale in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the auction Site. Auctioneer reserves the right to terminate Bidder’s registration and use of the auction Site, and impose limits on certain features of the auction Site or restrict Bidder’s access to, or use of, part or the entire Site without notice or penalty.

Access and use of any lansarahajiandco.com.. (Private or Public Auction Services Online); collectively the “Site” is subject to any and all specific terms and conditions set forth on any individual page within the Site and the terms and conditions of this User Agreement (collectively “Site User Agreement”) and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright and trademark laws. BY ACCESSING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SITE USER AGREEMENT and to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of this Site. Legal action will be taken against anyone violating the terms and conditions of the Site User Agreement or any other applicable law or regulation Lansar Aghaji and Co. reserves the right to periodically change the terms and conditions of the User Site Agreement and it is the Bidders’ responsibility to periodically review any and all changes made to these terms and conditions prior to each use of this Site. By using this Site, you agree in advance to accept any such changes

“Reserve Bidding” All Lots are being sold with a “reserve,” a price below which the Lot will not be sold. Any bid submitted below the reserve price will not result in the purchase of a Lot.  Reserves may be decreased or removed at any time.

Immediate Payment Options will be activated in the dashboard of successful bidders within seconds of the close of the auction. Full payment of the sales price is payable to our specified bank account or through online payment platform provided by Paystack or any other means communicated by lansarahajiandco.com

LansarAghaji and Co is not responsible for questionable source of funds for payment of goods won on lansarahajiandco.com. All activities of buyers can be traced back to the buyers because your unique identifier – Nigerian 11 digits phone number (which is verified) is tied to your known database with the Government of Nigeria. Thus, LansarAghaji and Co is fully indemnified by law regarding the sources of your finance with which you transact on lansaraghajiandco.com.

All online items are sold in “as is” condition.  A limited guarantee is offered with regards to the following: all hand signatures are guaranteed authentic. Weight, size, estimated value, origin, grade, quality, age, condition, rarity, and importance, are not guaranteed for any item. All sales are final unless a gross error on description has been made. Any additional charges incurred by the winning bidder, including appraisals, insurance, shipping, etc. will not be covered by the bidder.

No legal advice is intended or implied by anything contained within the Site. No obligation, liability, responsibility, accountability or burden is undertaken, assumed or otherwise imposed by maintaining the Site.

Buyer’s Premium is 10% of the final sales’ price(Hammer Price) after Item has been won.

LansarAghaji and Co is providing services as an independent contractor for the Owner/Seller only and is not responsible for statements made by other parties.
