1. Participation fee of non-refundable NGN5,000 enables you access to this online auction handled by LANSAR AGHAJI & CO. and you must be 18years and above.
2. 8% Buyers premium is paid on the amount purchased by successful buyers.
3. Indiscriminate and callous bidding will be met with eviction from the bidding room. Bidding without money to pay will attract a ban from all our future e-auctions, so be sure you are financially ready before you bid. If the current bid for an item is higher than your financial capacity, please leave it and move to another item you can afford.
4. All items are sold “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” with no warranty expressed or implied. All sales are final, No refunds or returns will be allowed.
5. Removal of won items is the sole responsibility of the winner. We will not assist in the dismantling or removal of items won.
6. Auction commences 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Wednesday, 18th March, 2026
7. The auction is open to the general public throughout Nigeria for the duration of the bidding period stated above.
8. Asset Viewing is free on website.
9. Prospective bidders will only be granted viewing access to view the vehicles in the respective lots on the websites from Monday 16th March to Tuesday 27th March, 2026
10. No asset will be sold below its reserve price.
11. A winning bid can only be equal or above the Commission’s reserve price.
12. Any person who places the highest bid for an asset will be declared the winning bidder of the asset at the end of the auction.
13. Successful bidder will have 2 hours window to make full payment.
14. At the expiration of the payment window of 2 hours, consequent upon the failure of the Winning Bid to make payment, the second highest bidder will be offered the asset with payment to be made within 3hours
15. A Release Note will be issued by the Seller for each item won and sent to all buyers after confirmation of payment. The Release Note will be used by buyers to pick up any items won.
16. The Commission reserves the right to withdraw any and all assets during the auction process.
17. Winners of the vehicles (if any) without Customs duty must pay Nigeria Customs duty to the government. The vehicles were bought free of customs duty.
18. Items purchased are expected to be removed from the compound 3 working days after winning the bid. This will allow the organization sufficient time to conduct necessary background checks on successful bidders.
19. If the background check is unsuccessful for the winning bidder the runner up will be asked to make payment and the unsuccessful winner will be refunded.
20. We will not provide any assistance in the removal of items.
